Submission of a conflict check inquiry does not create an engagement. However, all information submitted via this secure portal is treated as confidential work product and will not be shared with any third party, even if a conflict prevents our engagement.
The Process of Submitting A Conflict of Interest Inquiry
Submission: Attorney submits the encrypted conflict check.
Internal Database Sweep: We check our internal records of past and current engagements.
Determination: Within 2 business hours, you receive a "Clear" or "Conflict" notification.
Engagement: Once cleared, a formal Statement of Work (SOW) and Confidentiality Agreement are issued.
